This week at kyudo they actually let me hold a bow --- no arrows yet, but I got to practice the motions with a bow.
Here's a picture of me practicing with the slingshot (I didn't manage to get a picture with the bow. Hopefully that'll come next week.)

Also, at the end of class the teacher called me over because he had to measure me to see if I was too tall (or had too long a wingspan) for the arrows they use in class. I barely made it with about a quarter of an inch to spare. I'm not quite sure what they would have done if I'd been too tall.
